Club Meeting @ Pennyweight Brewing

Our October club meeting will be next Thursday 10/13 at Pennyweight Brewing in Livermore. We will be upstairs in the loft again. Meeting hoppy hour starts at 6:30pmand official meeting starts at 7pm. Topics to include: NCHF & Oaktoberfest review, Club Business, Budget, Topic: Recipe Design, Upcoming Events.

Come share a homebrew. Get tips on improving your brew or kudos on how awesome you are.

For the “Recipe Design” discussion we would like to have an open discussion on how we build our recipes. We can start with what I do…then feel free to bag on me and tell me how to really do it right. Get your base design down? West Coast IPA? then add your personal tweaks? Different hops or yeast, longer boil, etc.
